You send the scan, prescription and production requirements through our inquiry form. A trained designer builds the case in exocad and returns review-ready files within 12 hours. You review the design, request any included changes and approve the final production files.
Pricing is per designed unit: €8/unit for 1–99 units per month, €7/unit for 100–300, and custom pricing for 301+ units. There are no setup fees, no minimums and no subscriptions, and revisions are always included.
Yes. Your first five CAD units (or elements) are designed free of charge, with no obligation. Review the files, turnaround and communication before you decide whether to send more work.
Standard turnaround is 12 hours from an approved case. Urgent delivery is available on request.

No. Euro Dental Design is a digital exocad design service, not a manufacturing laboratory. We return the agreed exocad project and STL files; your lab, clinic or production partner handles milling, printing, finishing and shipping.

We process scan files solely to produce the requested design. Please anonymise files before sending — remove patient names and identifying details from filenames and metadata.
