What we check before you review the design

Before delivery, the designer checks the case against the scans, prescription, selected libraries and production requirements you supplied. If records or component details are unclear, we pause and confirm them rather than guess.

Your lab or clinical team reviews and approves the design before milling or printing. Revisions remain included until approval.

What to send for an All-on-X design quote

Start with the inquiry form: tell us whether you need a provisional, bar or definitive design, your intended material and production method, implant system, scan-body identifiers, deadline and preferred deliverables. There is no file upload on the form; we arrange a secure transfer for the scans and reference files after replying.

Useful records may include upper and lower STL or PLY scans, bite or articulation data, scan-body scans, your prescribed tooth setup and a CBCT/DICOM reference when relevant. Share only the patient information needed for the design. We check completeness, confirm the number of teeth to design, total price, design stages and turnaround before starting. Bars, frameworks and provisionals have no separate CAD charge.

We return the agreed exocad project and STL exports for your lab or clinical team to review. Revisions are included until approval. Your team or production partner is responsible for the clinical decision and for milling, printing and finishing.
