1. Who we are

Euro Dental Design ("we", "us", "our") is an exocad dental CAD design outsourcing studio serving dental laboratories and clinics across Europe.

2. Data we collect and why

We only collect personal data you submit voluntarily through our inquiry form or by emailing us directly. This includes:

• Name, work email, company / lab name — to identify you and direct our reply.
• Monthly volume and service type — to provide an accurate quote.
• Case notes and messages — to understand your design requirements.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Dental scan files and patient data

If you share dental scan files with us to fulfil a design order, please anonymise all files before sending — remove patient names, dates of birth and any identifying information from filenames and file metadata. We process scan files solely to produce the requested CAD design and do not use them for any other purpose.

Completed case files are stored securely. You may request deletion at any time by emailing sales@eurodentaldesign.com. An NDA is available for all partners on request.

4. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.
• To deliver the design services you have requested.
• To send order confirmations and delivery notifications.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

5. Data retention

Inquiry and contact data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted. Active client records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies and third-party services

This website self-hosts its fonts and does not load third-party font services. Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formbold) solely to deliver your message to us. We do not currently use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising pixels. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to lodge a complaint — with your national supervisory authority.
